Please note Maura McMahon is a self employed driving instructor and operates under the name of Maura’s School of Motoring.

If you have chosen to undertake driving tuition this agreement is between you the pupil and Maura McMahon the instructor. No contractual liability shall arise or subsist between you and Maura’s School of Motoring.

In the event of a mechanical breakdown of the vehicle in which you have been learning to drive or for any other reason the instructor reserves the right to rearrange a driving lesson to a time convenient to both you and the instructor.

I cannot be held responsible for driving test being cancelled by the DVA.

A minimum of 24 hours notice must be given to the instructor, Maura McMahon, otherwise you will be liable for the full cost of that lesson.

I reserve the right to refuse or terminate a lesson should I deem that the pupil is under the influence of alcohol or drugs according to the law.

I reserve the right to withdraw my car for driving tests without notice should I deem the pupil is not test ready, in the interest of road safety.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice, any promotional offers are subject to one per pupil.

Any block bookings or gift vouchers must be started within eight weeks of purchase unless purchased in advance prior to a birthday or Christmas gift.

By taking driving lessons with Maura’s School Of Motoring you thereby agree to the terms and conditions set out above.
